A 25-year veteran in marketing and communications, she
founded Karen Kang Consulting in 1994. A former newspaper reporter, she has worked as an executive with marketing consulting, advertising and public relations firms such as Regis McKenna and BBDO. During her six years at Regis
McKenna Inc. (RMI), a leading marketing consulting firm, she contributed
to the firm’s success as a partner and co-manager of the fast-growing
Systems and Software Practice.
Her entrepreneurial experience includes founding Italia Global Marketing LLC, where she rebranded and launched an online consumer marketing site for Italian vacation rentals and services (www.restacumme.com).

at RMI seminars, the Haas School of Business at University of California
(Berkeley), Golden Gate University School of
Business, national conferences, and through seminars
